Dream Finders Starts Sales in Castlewood
AUSTIN, Texas (March 13, 2023) — National homebuilder Dream Finders Homes has begun sales in Castlewood, growing its presence in the greater Austin area.
Located in Taylor, Texas, Castlewood is Dream Finders Homes’ third Austin-area community. The builder has 157 homesites in Castlewood with plans to offer 12 floor plans ranging from 1,326 to 2,306 square feet and designed for 45-, 50- and 60-foot properties. Priced from the mid $300,000s, the homes will feature two to four bedrooms, open-concept living areas and one- or two-car garages. Some designs also will include upstairs loft space and home offices. These Dream Finders Homes floor plans are unique to Castlewood.
A temporary model home is under construction and expected to open in May. Until the temporary model home opens, prospective home buyers can meet with sales representatives by appointment. A permanent model — The Washington floor plan — begins construction soon.
In a future phase, Dream Finders Homes will offer duplex designs in Castlewood, with pricing expected to be from the upper $200,000s.
More than six acres of Castlewood are being devoted to parks and more than nine acres along FM 973 are zoned for commercial use. Students will attend schools within the Taylor Independent School District. Dream Finders Homes also builds in Orchard Ridge in Liberty Hill and in Blanco Vista in San Marcos.
