A native Texan, Mindy was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. She moved to Austin in 1998 to attend the University of Texas, where she double majored in Sociology and Spanish.

Mindy has always enjoyed exploring the heart of Austin and discovering old buildings and neighborhoods. Her admiration of Austin led to her obtaining her real estate license in 2004. Mindy’s degree in Sociology strengthened her ability to research and understand market trends. Mindy is enthusiastic about reading and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to determine the effects of certain developments affecting current real estate markets. She uses these skills to interpret reports for her clients and explain them in an uncomplicated way. Her knowledge and understanding also assist her in anticipating clients’ needs.

Mindy has assisted buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the city with their transactions. Her goal is to always surpass each client's expectations. Mindy’s achievements demonstrate her ability to obtain positive results for all of her clients, whether they're a buyer or seller. Mindy realizes that buying and selling takes time, and she is dedicated to being an active part of each transaction to ensure her clients' happiness.
