Landsea Homes begins construction in Liberty Hill & Round Rock

Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential home builder, announced it is expanding its’ portfolio of communities around Austin and has begun construction on 159 total homes in Lariat in Liberty Hill and Avery Centre in Round Rock.

Lariat will consist of 84 single-family homes featuring five different floor plans that include options for single and two-story homes ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet. The community is surrounded by picturesque hillsides and rustic topography allowing residents to embrace the best of country living. Model homes are expected to open in December. Prices will be announced at a later date.

All community amenities are designed with the family in mind, including space reserved for a future on-site elementary school. Lariat will feature a pool and splash pad for residents of all ages to enjoy, along with an event lawn and community pavilion. Homeowners will also be able to take advantage of the outdoors through pocket parks, a playground, a 7-mile trail system, and a stocked fishing pond.

Avery Centre in Round Rock will consist of 75 attached townhomes with options for three to four bedrooms ranging from 1,600 to 1,900 square feet. The homes provide a ‘lock-and-leave” lifestyle, allowing homebuyers to own a home while enjoying the freedom of few maintenance responsibilities. Model homes are expected to open in early 2024. Prices will be announced at a later date.

Lariat will evoke a true live, work, and play environment with a class A business park, neighborhood pool, local parks, and trail system along with immediate access to I-35/SH-130 to reach the best of red Rock entertainment such as Old Settlers Palm Valley Park, Round Rock Sports Complex, stocked fishing ponds, Kalahari Resort, and Dell Diamond.

All of Landsea Homes’ homes at Lariat and the Avery Centre will be equipped with the company’s renowned High Performance Home features, including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple HomeKit™ environment. The smart home automation features include an Apple® HomePod mini™, wireless network Internet throughout the home, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire, and high-touch customer service with an individualized training session via Best Buy’s Geek Squad.

Select homes at Lariat and Avery Centre will include personalized space options through the company’s LiveFlex® program.

In June, Landsea Homes broke ground on Freedom at Anthem, an 880-home community in Kyle, Texas. Development continues to progress swiftly with model home construction anticipated to begin in early 2024. Homes are expected to begin selling in Spring 2024.
