Tell us an interesting detail about you that many might not know?
I am obsessed with playing guitar. Recording my own album now and not for distribution but for my children to keep. Each child and my wife all have a song written for them.
Why are you in homebuilding?
To make a positive difference in the largest single purchase of someone’s life. As a sales person, we can make or break the process of building and/or buying home through knowledge. People depend on us for genuine, realistic, correct answers. We deal in real estate daily. Customers do this a few times in their entire life. For someone to choose me to assist them with a giant purchase they only do a few times in their entire life is very humbling. It is a true honor to assist every customer.
What experience would you repeat?
Travelling Europe. In my early twenties, I didn’t have as much of an appreciation for where I was and what I was doing. I didn’t take that many pictures as there were no smart phones. I would see it completely different now and appreciate it much more.

Genuine, Positive, Kind.
What is one of your favorite things to do in your city?
Listen to live music. Stubbs is one of my favorite venue’s.
What is your favorite Model, Floorplan or Feature?
GFO Home’s Lincoln Floorplan. It has it all in a one story. 4 Beds, 3 Baths, Media room, Soaring 20’ ceilings, huge Kitchen, incredible Master Bath and Stunning Elevations. It also has options to design your upstairs should you want one.
What is one thing you want people to know about your community?
It has the lifestyle of being in the Hill Country with the hills, delightful streets-capes, incredible views, impeccable amenities, a stocked fishing pond and it is extremely close to the city. To be able to embrace this sort of lifestyle, this close to the city is unique.
What do you love about Austin?
Number one is the people. The people in Austin are second to none. It doesn’t matter if you are in a suit or have green hair. Everyone is treated with the same amount of kindness. Surprisingly, it is one of the first things my family and I noticed when we moved here. Good Vibe Smiles everywhere. I also love the endless amounts of things to do no matter your flavor or night of the week. Music, Dancing, Hiking, Boating, Swimming, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling Creeks, Mountain Climbing, Surfing, AND THE FOOD! Austin has it all.
What lights you up in life?
My Wife and Children smiling when I get home. Whether those smiles are directed at me doesn’t matter. Just seeing them smile gives me a joy beyond words.
