What was your first job in the industry?
On-Site Sales for D.R. Horton.How did you get into real estate?
I fell in love with the home buying process when I was building my first Milburn Home in 2000. I worked diligently to try to get hired for the On-Site Sales job with D.R. Horton, immediately after I closed!Where do you predominately sell real estate?
Near Lake Travis on both the North and South shores of the lake. I really love to help buyers and sellers from Hudson Bend to Spicewood.What do you love about the industry?
I absolutely love my clients!! I have wonderful relationships and make great friends along the way. Some days I marvel at the fact that we get paid to help people buy and sell homes! It’s so much fun and very challenging. I’ve also made incredible connections and friendships with my fellow Realtors.How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
Definitely it’s my personality. I’m very laid back, but extremely professional. I think we should make this process so much fun people want to do it again and again! I work hard at making myself available for my Clients and other Realtors so everyone can have a win-win transaction and a positive experience before, during and after the home closes.Which Home Builders have you had a great experience working with in the last 12 months?
All of them! We are so blessed that we have incredible builders in the Greater Austin Area! They love their Realtors and work closely with us to make sure the clients have a great experience, too!What is your favorite Model, Floorplan, or Feature?
Ooh, that’s such a tough question! One of my favorite models is the Drees Custom Homes model in Rough Hollow. It’s a 2 story home that “feels” like a very large, open one story.Tell us an interesting detail about you that many might not know?
I’ve backpacked around the world and have visited 23 countries, and have traveled around the U.S. in two different models of VW Buses.What experience would you repeat?
All of my traveling experiences, here and abroad, except climbing Mt. Kenya! 🙂What lights you up in life?
Coming home to my husband, my adorable pets and my crazy teenage girls – every day is a new day!Do you have someone in your life that has been an exceptional mentor? Who? Why?

I have so many! 4 Ocean is absolutely the most critical because their focus is on cleaning trash from our Oceans. I’m also a member of PETA, and The National Humane Society. We need to be advocates for our earth and other animal life. Our impact on our resources and animal life is a direct correlation to The Creator. Humans need to be respectful and caring when it comes to these critical resources.
