Where are you from originally?
I was born in the Beaumont, TX area, but moved to Round Rock when I was 3. I was raised in Round Rock and have been in the area ever since (except for a short one and a half years that we moved to Corpus Christi when my husband was in the Coast Guard).How did you get into real estate?
Our family has moved around buying and selling homes in the area quite a few times. I also loved the idea of finding my next project or place that I could tailor to our family and give it our own personal touches. Before getting into real estate, I worked for Round Rock ISD in special education and then in physical education. As my children got older, I decided to pursue my passion in the housing market! I truly love helping people looking to buy or sell!What are 3 adjectives that describe you best?

What do you love about the industry?
I love having the opportunity to help families find the perfect home! The satisfaction of knowing that your clients are truly happy with their sale/purchase of a home is really what it is all about!Where do you predominately sell real estate?
I predominately sell real estate just north of Austin (Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, etc). I love working within the whole Austin area though!Which Home Builders have you had a great experience working with in the last 12 months?
I have had the pleasure to meet many sales agents in the home building industry, but currently only have one client building a home through Gehan Homes in Blackhawk. That experience has been amazing so far!How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I always strive to give every single person my all! Customer service and attention to detail is what sets me apart from the rest!In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Allow yourself to always grow relationships! Relationships are what will make you successful. That and follow-up with all of your clients is key!Tell us an interesting detail about you that many might not know?
My husband has been in the residential construction industry for 20 years. He has worked as a construction superintendent for most of those years, but has also worked in land development as well. Through him I have gained so much knowledge of the home building process, as well as a passion with attention to detail during the build.What is one of your favorite things to do in your city?
I love hiking and camping. This city has so much to offer. There are so many wonderful trails to walk/hike/bike throughout every city around here!What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Always follow your heart and give whatever you do your all!What lights you up in life?
My family! I have two kids (13 year old daughter, and 14 year old son), and my wonderful husband of almost 18 years!
