There’s a real estate niche out there that a lot of Realtors miss out on – New Home Communities. There’s a lot of advantages to bringing your clients out to a new home community.

1. One of them is leveraging the Sales Counselor at the model office.

They not only know their home product line, they also will be knowledgeable on the upcoming growth surrounding the community.

Allowing the sales counselor to help you educate your clients on why new homes versus used homes is a better investment, shows your clients you are an expert in real estate. This brings more trust between you and your clients.

2. Contracts are also completed by the sales counselor at a new home community.

A lot of new home builders have their own builder contracts. The real estate contract stage is an important one. You don’t want to make any mistakes. Having the sales counselor be in charge of writing the contract takes the stress off of you.

It also saves you time. Having more time means creating more clients appointments. Which equals more closings. Sales counselors are trained heavily on writing the contract. They know the legalities of it forward and backwards.

Don’t over look new home communities. Working as a team with a new home sales counselor will allow you to make more sales and become an expert in a real estate niche often past over.
