TRI POINTE HOMES DEBUTS NEW RESIDENTIAL COLLECTION IN NORTH AUSTIN METRO MASTER-PLANNED COMMUNITY

AUSTIN (August 31, 2021) – Tri Pointe Homes (NYSE:TPH) has announced the grand opening of its first new homes offering within the Bar W Ranch master-planned community in Leander, Texas. The Park and Terrace collections will offer a total of 152 homes with fresh innovative designs, panoramic Hill Country views and easy access to Austin. Sales and pre-scheduled appointments are currently underway for the Park Collection. Consumers can also explore online by means of virtual home tours, interactive floor plans, community videos and updates, and more. Currently under construction, the Terrace Collection will debut its brand-new model home and home designs in fourth quarter 2021.

Bar W Ranch is a stellar location in one of the fastest-growing suburbs north of Austin. The Park Collection at Bar W Ranch comprises 46 new one- and two-story residences that consist of eight floor plans ranging from 1,716 to 2,969 square feet. The open-concept designs include three to five bedrooms and two to four baths as well as two to 2.5-bay garages. Situated on 50’ and 60’ homesites, the Park Collection residences start from the mid-$400,000s.

Anticipated to start from the mid-$300,000s, the Terrace Collection will consist of 106 new one- and two-story residences on 40’ homesites. Available in six open floor plans, the brand-new designs will feature spacious living and gourmet kitchen options. Ranging from 1,616 to 2,607 square feet, the Terrace Collection homes include three to four bedrooms and two to three baths as well as two-bay garages.

Tri Pointe will build all homes in Phase Four of the master-planned community, which borders a green-belt on the west side and connects to a pocket park to the east. Bar W Ranch’s luxury amenity center will feature a pool, putting course, flexible lawn space, playground, game courts and dog park.

As part of LivingSmart®, a program committed to healthy and environmentally responsible business practices, the homes at Bar W Ranch are designed and independently certified to exceed local energy codes. The homes will also be enhanced with money saving, energy-efficient features throughout.
