    $80-$120/month, depending on one-story or two-story.
  • If you could go in the future and hear one of your buyer's kids describe their childhood memories in the community, what would they be saying?

    How great it was and how lucky they were to get to grow up around so many other kids, whom ended up being lifelong friends and connections. And how they got to actually grow up in one of those neighborhoods where people are friends and you know the people living next door to you.

    Let their clients know that we are a more affordable option, while also being close to Austin. Or they can always look out for the neighborhood events that we plan as a builder and the ones we plan with the homeowners in Carmel.

    They are having football watch parties every Saturday and Sunday all through fall/winter. There is also a large group that has a ladies night every Saturday evening. You can also smell the barbecue smoke wafting through Carmel every weekend as well. Our neighbors love hanging out in Carmel with their free time.
  • Give agents advice on what they could say in a social media post that would spark someones interest in your community.

    We have a low price-point, great features & amenities, convenient location with multiple options to get to Austin / major employers. Also, Carmel is one of the most talked about neighborhoods in Pflugerville, let’s help your clients be part of that conversation.
  • Is there a fun historical fact about the land on which your community sits?

    One of the oldest cemeteries in central Texas is located within the area that will be our open space at Carmel. It is one of the cemeteries for the Pfluger family, which this city was named after.
  • What nearby restaurant would you recommend if an agent and potential buyer were leaving your community to go have lunch?

    Garbo’s, Russo’s or Torchy’s Tacos. All close by and super delicious.
  • If you could describe your community in 3 adjectives, what would they be?

    Special, Convenient, Popular.

  • Tell us why the last buyer decided to purchase there?

    Great location, great price and features that they were looking for.
  • What do you imagine Carmel will look like in 5 years?

    Carmel will be one of the most well-known neighborhoods in the North Austin area. It will be a very diverse area with a huge variety of home types, great open space and well connected to Pflugerville and the Greater Austin area. This will be one of the most important communities for Pflugerville.
