    They loved the community and being able to hang out with friends nearby, playing basketball & riding bikes around. They also loved being able to safely run around, play in the neighborhood, and feed the emus.

  • What is an average energy bill from your current home owners?

    $120-$150.

  • Give agents advice on what they could say in a social media post that would spark someones interest in your community.

    We are located off of 1626, less than a mile from the new Mopac extension, in a growing part of Southwest Austin, with a low 1.8% tax rate. Single family homes with yards and a neighborhood pool. Also part of Austin I.S.D, near the brand new Menchaca elementary school, a 21st century learning campus with innovative classrooms.

  • How can agents help you get the word out about your community?

    We are located off of 1626 in a growing part of Southwest Austin, with a low 1.8% tax rate.

  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

    Our homeowners are outside with friends and family barbecuing, out walking their dogs or playing outside with their kids and neighbors.

  • What nearby restaurant would you recommend if an agent and potential buyer were leaving your community to go have lunch?

    I would definitely recommend Valentina’s Tex-Mex BBQ. It’s my favorite spot for tacos or BBQ sandwiches. (& was featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives last year)

  • If you could describe your community in 3 adjectives, what would they be?

    Quiet, Beautiful, Friendly.

  • Tell us why the last buyer decided to purchase there?

    They were looking to get away from high property taxes and keep their children in Austin ISD. Easy to commute to work and get into town via the Mopac extension.

  • What do you imagine the community will look like in 5 years?

    A charming neighborhood with panoramic tree views conveniently located minutes away from the new shopping center and Mopac extension. A highly sought-after neighborhood nestled in the heart of a growing area, with low tax rates and within Austin ISD
