  • Is there a fun historical fact about the land on which your community sits?

Oaks at San Gabriel backs to protected land along the North Fork of the San Gabriel River – expect to see huge trees and wildlife.

  • What is an average energy bill from your current home owners?

    Approximately $100/month.

  • If you could go in the future and hear one of your buyer's kids describe their childhood memories in the community, what would they be saying?

I had an awesome neighborhood. It was safe and filled with mature oaks and big ponds. Wide boulevards provided green spaces to meet up with other kids to ride bikes or go on adventures to our community pool overlooking the Hill Country. My parents and I explored the acres of wild land adjacent to our homes – trailheads were all over the perimeter of Oaks at San Gabriel, leading into the North Fork of the San Gabriel River. The miles of shady trails through nature were an endless source of entertainment and a welcome escape for my family. We had tons of shopping and restaurants nearby, yet felt like we were in a sheltered pocket of wilderness. Education was a high priority which is why we went to top ranked schools in Liberty Hill ISD.

  • How can agents help you get the word out about your community?

Note your visit on FB or IG when you come by…. Please let others know that Oaks at San Gabriel has smaller homes in the $200’s now – current Gehan section has lots backing to Cimarron Golf Club and non-sloped homesites. The three other builders here have larger homes/higher priced so there is a home in almost any size/price in the neighborhood.

  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

Hiking and running miles of paved trails through wilderness behind the neighborhood, swimming and hanging out at the neighborhood pool, shopping Wolf Ranch Town Center and Round Rock Outlets, golfing Georgetown courses, attending entertainment and sports events at HEB Center down the road, visiting fine dining/coffee shops/boutiques in “The Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas,” fishing/picnicking at Lake Georgetown, swimming at Blue Hole, taking a family field trip to Inner Space Caverns.

  • Write a short poem about your community.

Take me in, Whisk me away from the bustle of life, Welcome me with heavy oaks, pretty white limestone and fresh air; Offer me a peaceful place in the woods to wander and escape. Take me from a day of work to my gorgeous home in the woods; Show me how easy it is to find what I need. Build a roof for me, make me a neighbor, create a space for my loved ones, Shelter and feed me here, Oaks at San Gabriel.

  • Give agents advice on what they could say in a social media post that would spark someones interest in your community.

    #realtrails #matureoaks #pavedhiking #libertyhillisd #georgetown #stonesthrowfromaustin #highwayaccess #amazingvistas #riveraccess #ronaldreaganaccess #I35access #georgetownparks #sangabrielriver #openspaces #serene.

  • What nearby restaurant would you recommend if an agent and potential buyer were leaving your community to go have lunch?

    Monument Cafe.

  • If you could describe your community in 3 adjectives, what would they be?

    Scenic, Peaceful, Safe.

  • Tell us why the last buyer decided to purchase there?

Great value for location, surroundings, and quality of homes (the elevated exteriors in Oaks at San Gabriel are obvious when compared to surrounding areas).

  • What do you imagine the community will look like in 5 years?

Likely a completed Hill Country neighborhood with homes scattered with mature oaks, vistas through wide streets, all the planned trailheads present along the perimeter leading directly into wild land. The pool, shaded entertainment area and playscape are already here.
