How can agents help you get the word out about your community?
“Come see it for yourself!”, is what I would say to any agent who has not been to The Grove. The homes are beautiful & we have some gorgeous ready inventory to view. Great progress in the mixed-use area as well with Halina Spa, Love Cycle, and The Grove Market open now. The parks and greenspaces are looking fantastic and are a wonderful opportunity to pick a beautiful day and walk around for a good look.
What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?
One of the biggest advantages of life at The Grove is walkability. The neighborhood offers over 20 acres of parks and green space and 2 miles of pedestrian paths and safe bike lanes. We are excited about our pedestrian bridge over Shoal Creek, coming soon, which will be a convenient connection to Shoal Creek Trail. So safe to say that most weekends our homeowners will be walking, jogging, and riding their bikes.
What nearby restaurant would you recommend if an agent and potential buyer were leaving your community to go have lunch?
The excitement over The Grove is first and foremost our location in Central Austin, at the corner of Bull Creek and 45th Street. We will have some amazing dining options with Carve, Verdad, and Qi preparing to open in 2023. But, it is very easy to recommend several great restaurant options close by on 38th, Lamar, and Burnet.
