12-14 agents visit your community with a MISSION and focused intention

Agents are there to meet the sales counselors and establish a relationship, preview the property, and produce “user-generated content”

Agents are encouraged to get out of their comfort zone with challenges to produce short videos, go LIVE, and to level up and use new innovative programs to bring your communities to life in their spheres of influence

Builder Boost works to promote your community on all social media channels and gets agents excited about visiting.

During a 2-week minimum, we collect applications so that you can see who wants to visit, meet your sales counselor, promote your community and sell homes.


The day before the launch of the MISSION, our team reviews the applicants and selects the group of agents chosen as “New Home Experts on a Mission”.


Builder Boost congratulates and notifies chosen agents and gives them details, agenda and parameters for promoting on their social channels.


Agents will be visiting during the week of the mission to meet sales counselors and do their social media features. Builder Boost monitors all social activity and engages with the group of agents. Missions work even better if your team engages back with them in social media! Like, comment, share and support the agents for featuring your community. This goes a LONG way!


MISSION ends and Builder Boost creates a visual feedback report for you. 


Builder Boost creates a blog/video: “What agents are saying about…” (See example)


Builder Boost handles all coordination/organization of follow up with agents and payment. This is the time we ask for positive reviews for the builder and SALES.

i.e. locating the community, nearby attractions, must know wow feature in the home or community, etc.
