Builder to Agent intel.
Curated each week to keep agents informed, connected, and inspired.
Tip of the Week
Stop being the middleman. Start being the guide.
Incentives are your closer, not your opener! Promos and inventory grab attention, which is why many agent posts them. But here's the trap. When your sphere sees raw builder info on your feed week after week, they quietly start to wonder, why do I even need an agent if I can find all this myself? So flip the order. Lead with your value. Your read on the community. The story behind the incentive. What you'd tell your own sister if she called you about a home in that school district. The payment math that makes a buyer's jaw drop. That's what makes them trust you as their guide. The incentive comes out later. It's the leverage you use to seal the deal once they're already with you, not the thing you lead with. You work for the buyer, not the builder. Share enough to be useful, hold enough back that they have to come to you for the rest.
Every post should have a call to action that leads them back to YOU.
