  • What is an average energy bill from your current home owners?

    This ranges from $80 on our 2100 square foot homes to $124 on our 3600 square foot floor plans. Coventry Homes sets the standard for energy efficiency in the industry!

  • If you could go in the future and hear one of your buyer's kids describe their childhood memories in the community, what would they be saying?

    They would say that their childhoods had an idyllic pace and that they had a blast hanging out in the neighborhood with their friends and family.

  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

    Enjoying life! I see our homeowners playing soccer in the fields, attending the small gatherings of their neighbors, and even having picnics in our beautifully maintained green areas. The nearby Trophy Club golf course, and Flower Mound’s very own River Walk, are also frequented by our homeowners. There are tons of outdoor activities to take part in here: horseback riding, boat rides and watersports on Grapevine Lake, hiking, and more!  Residents of our town never run out of things to do at Flower Mound Community Activity Center.

  • Give agents advice on what they could say in a social media post that would spark someones interest in your community.

    It really is all about the wide open spaces here in Trailwood, coupled with the convenient distance to dining and shopping!

  • What nearby restaurant would you recommend if an agent and potential buyer were leaving your community to go have lunch?

    Nearby Roanoke is known as “The Unique Dining Capital of Texas,” and there are several fun and distinctive restaurants just minutes away from Trailwood. From Bayou Jack’s Cajun Grill to Hard Eight BBQ, there’s a wide variety of fare to explore!

  • If you could describe your community in 3 adjectives, what would they be?

    Exclusive, Green, Spacious!

  • Tell us why the last buyer decided to purchase there?

    Trailwood is exceptionally private, with multiple HOA-maintained lawns and trails between and behind our homes, providing it with a country-style ambiance just 5 minutes away from multiple shopping and dining centers. Pair that with the excellent Argyle ISD school district, and you have the perfect environment to raise children and work with minimal noise (our last buyer worked from home)!

  • What do you imagine the community will look like in 5 years?

    This community will continue to be the ideal place to replenish yourself after a long day. There will only be a little over 300 homes once we’re completely built out. This is difficult to find in the area; most other communities are home to thousands of people!
