FORT BEND, TX (June 11, 2020) – Aliana® has opened its final sections for new homes, offering buyers their last chance to purchase a new home in the Richmond area development. New home buyers will enjoy the benefits of an existing community complete with ample retail, restaurants, amenities, on-site schools and more.

The new sections are composed of approximately 327 homesites for builders Ashton Woods Homes, Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes and Plantation Homes. Homes are priced from the $270,000s to the millions.
