COVENTRY HOMES ADDS MODELS IN 3 SOUTH HOUSTON COMMUNITIES
HOUSTON, TX (Aug. 2, 2021) – Coventry Homes has been busy building new model homes in the south Houston area, adding new models in the Pomona, Coastal Point and Sienna communities.
The new model homes represent expansions of Coventry’s building programs in each community.
In the Manvel community of Pomona, Coventry chose the Anson floor plan to showcase designs for 55-foot properties. Located at 4710 Orchard Creek Lane, the
2,448-square-foot, single-story home features four bedrooms, a study, island kitchen, casual dining area and game room. Structural options highlighted in the model include a media room and a covered patio.
It is one of 14 flexible floor plans offered in the community. Homes are priced from the mid $400,000s.
