Harvest Green Announces Builders for New Section
(Houston, TX – June 21, 2022) – Harvest Green is moving closer to the start of home sales in its new section with the selection of nine builders.
Offering homes in the first phase of a 630-acre tract adjacent to the original Harvest Green community are Coventry Homes on 55- and 75-foot homesites, D.R. Horton on 50-foot properties, David Weekley Homes on 45- and 65-foot lots and Highland Homes on 40- and 65-foot homesites. Other builders include Lennar with homes for 55-foot properties, Newmark Homes on 50-foot homesites, Perry Homes with designs for 45- and 60-foot lots, Tri Pointe Homes on 40- and 75-foot homesites and Westin Homes with floor plans designed for 60-foot properties.
The 452 homesites in this first section will be delivered to builders between September and November. Model homes are expected to start construction in the fall of 2022, with home sales beginning around that time.
The new section of Harvest Green also will offer additional community amenities, with parks, trails, green space and a pool planned. Residents will have access to existing Harvest Green amenities, including the Village Farm. Oyster Creek winds through the property for approximately 1.7 miles.
Harvest Green has twice made the annual list of the nation’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities, first for 2019 new-home sales and again the following year.
