Highland Homes to Offer The City Series Collection in Woodforest

Montgomery, Texas – Aug. 17, 2023 –  Highland Homes announces new Woodforest City Series Collection of townhomes in one of the last neighborhoods in Woodforest to be developed.

The builder is offering two series of homes in the Kingsley Square neighborhood — The Patios Collection and The Villas Collection. The Patios feature four floor plans ranging from 1,795 to 1,849 square feet. Each of the two-story designs offer three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two-car garages. Each also has a front patio, while corner floor plans offer an additional side patio. All bedrooms are upstairs.

Four floor plans also comprise The Villas Collection, with designs ranging from 1,761 to 2,297 square feet. Each design has a two-car garage, three bedrooms and 2.5 baths as standard. The largest floor plan can flex to four bedrooms and three full baths. This collection also gives the option for the primary suite to be upstairs or downstairs.
