How did you get into real estate?
Transitioned from working for 13 years with the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Association of Houston into real estate. I found that my background in psychology was extremely useful in the real estate industry in terms of enhanced observational; listening skills and problem solving.Where are you from originally?
Native Houstonian.Where do you predominately sell real estate?
I have worked in the real estate industry for almost 20 years so although I started out in and am very familiar with area of downtowm all the way SE toward Dickenson/League City/Kemah/Clear Lake/Seabrook. I find myself serving my clients in most all areas of Houston and the surrounding metro areas.What do you love about the industry?
I love the relationships I form with my clients and being a part of one of the most important purchases of their lives.Which Home Builders have you had a great experience working with in the last 12 months?

What is your favorite Model, Floorplan, or Feature?
Empire Communities has an affordable and extremely well designed, one story plan as a model in the Lago Mar Community.New Era Living has SMART homes they are building slightly outside the loop with energy efficient features such as being solar powered and EV ready with modern design.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I treat my clients as if they were beloved family/friends. I strive to educate; update and clearly communicate throughout each step of the buying/selling process. My goal is to exceed any expectations my clients and even those that I set for myself.
What is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Work hard each and every day at making connections with like minded individuals and always strive to learn something new.What is one of your favorite things to do in your city?
I enjoy eating out in Houston…there are so many excellent restaurants.What have you heard or listened to lately that has inspired you?
I am inspired at the continued planning by home builders and employers who are developing / implementing more jobs and homes for our community.What lights you up in life?

Please tell us more about your involvement?
Bridge Over Troubled Water is a recent Charity I support. The organization houses 100 families who are escaping domestic violence and rescue and assist sex trafficking victims. I recently raised funds for this organization and collected back packs and school supplies for the children that reside there.
