Where are you from originally?
I was born and raised in the Philippines before moving to Houston in the late 90s and calling it my home where I met my husband. Since then, I have never looked back. Right now, I live in the NW area of Houston and have been a resident of Texas for more than a decade.
What was your first job in the industry?
I really wanted to have my own business and meet new people. I transitioned from being a licensed Chemical Engineer (graduated with Cum Laude), then worked as an Information Technology Consultant/Team Lead in one of the prestigious consulting firms here in the U.S., then went to become a registered Pharmacy Tech/Trainer and now a FULL time licensed REALTOR®.
How did you get into real estate?
I started doing real estate investing when I was in College (1995). I purchased my first condo together with my sister. I continued investing by purchasing a duplex where I have two tenants renting for me. I really wanted to concentrate on investing. With the influence of my folks who are also real estate investors, they encouraged me to get my real estate license. I pursued this goal not only to help them but also to help those who need a trustworthy and reliable Real Estate Agent.
What do you love about the industry?
I went into real estate to help people make their dreams come true. I get to know each of my clients personally and work for them to ensure that their goals and wishes are met. It’s my goal that each client has a positive home buying and selling experience along the way.
Where do you predominately sell real estate?
I sell real estate in the greater Houston area and the surrounding cities. I concentrate mainly on residential homes helping sellers, buyers, and investors.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I take care of the details so my clients can focus on the big picture and their busy lives. With me, you get more than a Real Estate Agent, you get an advocate, a home stager, and a consultant all in one. I believe in S.M.A.R.T goals and that is S – SENSITIVE TO YOUR NEEDS; M – MAKING YOUR DREAMS A REALITY; A – ALWAYS; R – RELIABLE &; T – TRUSTWORTHY.
QUALITY is my number 1 priority and NOT quantity. When I started in the business, I already earned TOP PRODUCER and CENTURY 21 QUALITY RECIPIENT AWARD.
