Practice your patience. You’re gonna need it in the San Antonio & Houston markets. Homes go quickly and the one you wanted will be sold as soon as you blink. Lol! Have fun! Don’t get stressed (like me). 😀 Find a REALTOR®! Let them do all the work for you! Enjoy the process!
Where are you from originally?
I am from New Mexico. Land of the best red or green Chile you will ever taste in your life. Beautiful skies, majestic mountains, long flowing rivers, and nothing but desert for miles.

I love to learn new languages. I’ve always wanted to know at least 7 languages and be fluent in them. So far I’m just fluent in 2. haha I do know a few Comanche (Native American) words. 😀How did you get into homebuilding?
I was a REALTOR® prior to being in the home building world and decided to take a chance and see how different it was on this side of real estate. I am glad, I did. I’ve met so many wonderful people. Thankful for the opportunity I was given. 🙂
What do you love about homebuilding?
Working with home buyers! Seeing everyone’s reason for buying and truly connecting with buyers and making life long relationships with many buyers.
What experience would you repeat?
All of it! It’s taught me many lessons. I’ve learned to have fun and love helping people!

Meet new people
What is your favorite Model, Floorplan or Feature?
My favorite floor plan in our homes would be Boston. In the Colonial Series. Beautiful floor plan.

Other than Jesus Christ… I would say family, friends. Things that money can’t buy. Live every day to the fullest and tell everyone you love them!
