Depends on the builder. Anglia Homes I love the Donnington floor plan. Very spacious and reasonably priced. Love their new changes to the finishes selections.What is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Network like crazy, get out and meet people, and find an agent who can help guide you when you have questions. Don’t wait for a buyer or a seller to come to you, you absolutely must get out there and get to know people.What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app?

I come from a 23 year veterinary medicine background, where attention to detail and research could be the difference between life and death.

I would love to be more involved financially in charities (when the budget allows). My daughter is really big on making donations to St. Judes (she is only 10) and I would love to help her donate more. Also animal shelters.
