  • Where are you from originally?

    Born and raised just outside Houston, TX.
  • What was your first job in the industry?

    I left the retail world and went to work as a sales rep for a small mom and pop company called Kool*Ply, many in the industry now know this product as Tech Shield Radiant Barrier. I went on to work and learn with so many other great companies/products, from counter-tops to plumbing and pest control. One of my favorite opportunities was hiring, training and helping Home Builders with sales team staffing.

  • What lights you up in life?

    My wife, kids and grandchildren. (Yes, I am a grandpa)

  • How did you get into real estate?

    All of my past experiences put me in front of home builders and their sales teams. Getting involved and serving with the Greater Houston Builders Association created so many friendships within the industry…it really was a natural evolution into Real Estate.

  • Where do you predominately sell real estate?

    I live, work and play mostly in the Montgomery County area.

  • What do you love about the industry?

    The People. All of my experiences in the home building and real estate industry has created such a fantastic journey. You really do meet so many different people, all with their own unique personalities. The opportunities to help and serve has been nothing less than a blessing for my family and I. God has placed so many people in my life and I am very thankful!

  • How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

    I try to bring a new perspective to the real estate industry. I have a passion for marketing and a desire to speak the truth. I have always believed that learning brings progress, neither are magic, and both come from a desire to be the best. Because of this, I work with integrity by following through with the quality work I promise. Actions speak louder than words. I believe that if you are excited, passionate about the real estate industry and you fight the tendency to become complacent in learning and actions, this extra effort, when offering professional knowledge and meaningful help, will set a positive precedent that exceeds beyond a listing and a sale.

  • What is your favorite podcast?

    Shout out to some of my favorite. Jeff Shore, Brian Buffini, Krista Mashore, Ricky Carruth.

  • In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

    Make an intentional effort to serve in the most effective and beneficial way possible.

  • What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app?

    HAR, MyFirstAm.

  • Tell us an interesting detail about you that many might not know?

    Although born and raised mostly in the Houston area, I spent my 4 years of high school moving…a lot! Three different states and enrolling in seven different high schools.

  • What experience would you repeat?

    Skydiving…who wants to go?

  • What is one of your favorite things to do in your city?

    Eat – There are so many great restaurants in this city!

  • What is the best advice you have ever been given?

    What you think about, you bring about!

  • What Charity do you support? Please tell us more about your involvement?

    National Breast Cancer Foundation, Go Pink!

    My wife is a breast cancer survivor. We know first hand how this affects a family.

    You can do so much with so little that has a great impact. From walks and pink lemonade stands to raising money, making dinner and helping with simple daily task.
