I want people to know that Johnson Development has been around for over 40 years and we do what we say. Reputation is everything!

I’m an open book but I have 6 sisters, am adopted, was raised a Jehovah’s Witness (not one anymore), I found a dead body when I was in 5th grade, I played piano and cello while in grade school (not anymore).What are some adjectives that describe you best?

Choose your attitude each and every day! Work hard each day to “make someone’s day.”
What have you heard or listened to lately that has inspired you?
Probably one I came across recently from Albert Einstein: If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or objects!
What is your favorite Model, Floorplan or Feature?
As a Developer, I have to say all of our Builders have something special. The favorite community will always be where I got my start – Cross Creek Ranch!How did you get into homebuilding?
I worked in Government/municipality work for years and got tired of the politics. I went to work in Cross Creek Ranch part-time and within a month was full time! I was looking for a change of scenery! Got it!
What lights you up in life?
People! I am a people person and interactions feed my soul!
Do you have someone in your life that has been an exceptional mentor? Who? Why?
Major Bob Chance from Tulsa, OK. I went to work at the Tulsa Police Department and he became our Major over Records. He mentored me, helped me grow in my career, and in my personal life as well.
