The sales counselors for the builders and the agents need to educate the buyers with the correct pricing to meet correct comps. The agents need to work so very hard to make this transaction seamless and both parties must keep the buyer/seller updated at all times!Where are you from originally?

I work for one of the top real estate teams in Houston and my daily job is to market to builders…builders at the corporate level.What do you love about homebuilding?
I absolutely love, love, love making people’s dreams come true and strive to make their experience a memorable one!What experience would you repeat?
The experience I would repeat is… falling in love again & having the gorgeous and fun wedding with my husband one more time! Great experience!What are 3 adjectives that describe you best?

I want to take my clients to see the community in their price range. I work for a Realtor team and my job is to let people know about the numerous builders price points and incentives.

If you don’t know what to do, do nothing at all. Until you do!
Do you have someone in your life that has been an exceptional mentor? Who? Why?
My grandfather. He was an entrepreneur, kind and one of the smartest man I know. He taught me a lot about business and how to persevere.
