Newmark Homes Marks Busy Spring

(Houston, Tx, 19 april 2023) Newmark Homes has seen a busy spring, opening four new model homes and acquiring homesites in a new community.

Home sales should begin this summer in Elyson, a Katy community that will be Newmark’s 12th Houston-area community. Newmark will build floor plans designed for 70-foot homesites ranging from 3,200 to 4,200 square feet. Pricing has not yet been determined.

We are very excited about Elyson, which has a terrific location and is served by Katy ISD.Plus, our homes will be near new community amenities, so our homeowners will be able to walk to the pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts.

Newmark Homes has opened two model homes in Towne Lake, one for 45-foot homesites and the other for 50-foot properties. Pricing in the community is from the low $400,000s. Newmark has also recently opened a model home in Harvest Green where it has homes for 50-foot homesites priced from the $470,000s. In February, Newmark opened a model home in Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek where the builder offers 41 floor plans designed for 50- and 60-foot homesites.

In the few months prior to the four latest model homes, Newmark Homes opened model homes in Bridgeland in Cypress and Cross Creek West in Fulshear, as well as two model homes in Cross Creek Ranch, also in Fulshear, and two model homes in the Missouri City community of Sienna.

There has been talk of builders slowing down in the current housing market, but we have been forging ahead opening in new communities and expanding our presence in existing communities. Yes, the market has changed from a year ago, but there is still demand for new homes in well-developed communities. The communities where our new models are located are among the best in this area in terms of quality development, location, amenities and lifestyle.

Newmark Homes has also launched its Redraw Program for all floor plans, regardless of size. Through the program, home buyers can change their floor plan, including moving walls, as long as the modification fits within developer guidelines.
