Sienna Opens Model Home Park

(Missouri City, TX – April 19, 2021) – Newmark Homes has opened the first model in Sienna’s newest model home park, nearing the halfway mark in developing Sienna’s second-to-last village, the Village of Sienna Oaks.

Eight of the nine new model homes that will open in the new model village showcase designs for four neighborhoods in the Village of Sienna Oaks:

  • Legacy Oaks, featuring 60-foot homesites — some waterfront — with homes by Toll Brothers and pricing from the $400,000s;
  • Forest Lake, where J. Patrick Homes and Jamestown Estate Homes offer designs priced from the upper $600,000s for 90-foot homesites, including some along Sienna Oaks Lake;
  • Oakwood Trail, which offers homes priced from the $350,000s by David Weekley Homes, Shea Homes, Newmark Homes and Coventry Homes on 65- and 70-foot homesites; and
  • Valencia Grove, where Perry Homes offers designs from the $360,000s for 55-foot properties.

A second Toll Brothers model home in the new model home park highlights available designs for the Lake Estates neighborhood in the Village of Sawmill Lake.

Like earlier parts of development in Sienna, the Village of Sienna Oaks brings together a wide variety of options for today’s homebuyer. We can accommodate those new to Sienna as well as those looking to buy their second or third home in the community.

In April and May, guests visiting any of Sienna’s 20+ model homes, including those in the new model home village, can pick up a scratch-off ticket for a chance to win $100,000 as part of Johnson Development’s Best of the ‘Burbs home tour. Participants can pick up one ticket per family per day at each model home they visit.

Models will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Sienna is one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, with 773 new homes sold in the Missouri City community last year. It is ranked No. 15 on a list compiled by Robert Charles Lesser & Co. of the best-selling 50 communities in the nation. Sales have been brisk this year, trending about 60 percent higher than in 2020, San Miguel said. The development has released 235 homesites to builders this year with another 558 expected to be released later this year to keep up with demand.
