Fulshear: Luxury Small Town on the Rise
Just 30 miles west of Houston off Market 1093 is Fulshear, a small suburban community that’s growing quickly. Though Fulshear was developed around a cotton gin and flour mill in the late 1800s, the city wasn’t incorporated until 1977. Fulshear has grown from a community of about 400 people in the early 2000s to over 6,000 residents today. It was rated the wealthiest town in Texas in 2017.
