    Growing up in Lilac Bend it felt safe because we knew our neighbors. We could walk to football games. We rode our bicycles and walked to the park with our friends. We had a laid back attitude. I married my High School sweetheart.

  • How can agents help you get the word out about your community?

    They may do virtual tours of my inventory homes.

  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

    Gathering their neighbors for a block party. Walking their dogs to the park.

    Lilac Bend is a boutique community tucked away in Old Town Katy. Adjacent to the Dog Park and Mary Jo Peckham Park. Residents of Lilac Bend have access to the exercise facility and the pool. Because we are in the city limits of Katy we do not have a MUD Tax. Therefore our tax rate is 2.638.

    Residents have the best small-town charm with access to the big city.

    They already live in Katy and wanted to stay in the area and they like the low taxes.
