    The Beautiful natural forest north of the San Jacinto River, with tons of tall pine trees and wildlife.

    I loved growing up in the Highlands. It had a national park feel right in my own backyard. There are so many things to do and explore within the community. I had the best neighbors and made lifelong friendships. I even had my wedding reception at the Highland Pines Clubhouse Ballroom.

  • How can agents help you get the word out about your community?

    Come visit Coventry Homes 45′ and The Highlands visitor center to take wonderful fun videos and use them on social media. You are welcome to also hold weekly Realtor meetings in my model!

  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

    Enjoying a beautiful day walking on the many walking trails throughout the community to some of our great parks! Kayaking, paddle boarding, or fishing on Mirror Lake located right here in The Highlands community. Golfing on the newest course in the Houston area – Highland Pines Golf!

    Bike, hike, walk, jog, or run

  • Tell us why the last buyer decided to purchase there?

    They bought it because of the beautiful home and 3 car garage with a backyard with views of the gorgeous tall trees. They love that the community has many amenities to offer. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet easy access to the city of Houston, The Woodlands, and Kingwood.

  • What do you imagine the community will look like in 5 years?

    This community is just getting started and will have over 4,000 homes. Full clubhouse, workout facility, swimming pool with lazy river, dog park, lots of different parks, and over 30 miles of walking trails. Fun, planned activities with lots of family, friends and loved ones enjoying the life this community offers.

  • Why do you like to sell homes in this community?

    I am excited for my new homeowners to live in a Coventry Home with lots of value and charm. Buying in this community will also mean you get to see what I see every day I work. I love the drive into the community every morning. It makes me proud to work here with the beautiful entry, trees, and lakes that I get to see in the morning and the gorgeous sunsets behind the tall trees. It is breathtaking. I can’t wait for you to be the next Coventry homeowner that will get to have the same feeling when you drive home.
