Q&A HOU Community - Ali Goodarzi image
  • Is there a fun historical fact about the land on which your community sits?

I had a homeowner in a nearby home come and tell me that when he was growing up, he would cross nearby I-10 on his bike. At the time, the freeway was the main road and not the superhighway that we see today. He lived around the corner as a teenager and has seen Spring Branch blossom into the modern area of town that has grown to be so popular.

  • What is an average energy bill from your current home owners?

$90 / Month…All of our homes are Environments For Living Certified and are very efficient for our Hot Houston Summers and unpredictable winters.

  • If you could go in the future and hear one of your buyer's kids describe their childhood memories in the community, what would they be saying?

Peaceful…There is a calm about the community. Upland Square is just over 60 homesites, with just enough to call a community and not be overwhelming.

  • How can agents help you get the word out about your community?

Come and take a look at the 7 different floor plans, and share on all of their social media platforms. After you visit Upland Square, give us a Rating / Review on Google Maps. All of the plans are new and are each unique in their own way.
  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

Block Party, Shopping and Dining nearby, Exercising…I believe the homeowners will really get to know each other and start to create lasting friendships with time spent together when they are not working or busy with life.

  • Write a short poem about your community.

Upland Square is where you want to be

Upland Square has stories that are 2 and 3

Come and See our quaint new homes

We can’t wait for you to put out your gnomes (in your yard)

  • What nearby restaurant would you recommend if an agent and potential buyer were leaving your community to go have lunch?

Roostar – Amazing Vietnamese Sandwiches…located on Gessner and Long Point.
  • Give agents advice on what they could say in a social media post that would spark someones interest in your community.

2.51% Tax Rate, 2 and 3 Story Floorplans, 1st Floor Living Options, Backyards, and a Great Location!

  • If you could describe your community in 3 adjectives, what would they be?

    Quaint, Seaside, Cottage.

  • What is your favorite floorplan?

I truly like each one of them for their individuality. There are alternate options to some, and some distinctive characteristics to others. For example, the Sycamore plan can be a 2 Story, 2 bedroom home, or a 3 Story, 3 bedroom home. All have an access point to the backyard, which I feel is a great feature to living “in the city”.

  • Tell us why the last buyer decided to purchase there?

Location and Floorplan…The Buyer found exactly what she wanted for her FIRST HOME and the location was perfect for her commute

  • What do you imagine the community will look like in 5 years?

Upland Square will be charming and well maintained. The community will be established with wonderful residents that look out for each other, socialize and have made true “homes”
