Woodson’s Reserve Announces Model Home Openings for Toll Brothers and Tri Pointe Homes

(Houston, TX – April 18, 2023) – Woodson’s Reserve, a 1,630-acre Houston-area master-planned community located along the Grand Parkway in Spring, Texas, will be opening the doors to eight new model homes by builders Toll Brothers and Tri Pointe Homes in spring 2023.

The new Tri Pointe and Toll Brothers model homes at Woodson’s Reserve will be built on 50-, 60-, 70-, and 80-foot-wide home sites, with starting price points in the $400s. The new model homes are expected to be open for viewing in May and June this year, and a community grand opening event for prospective homebuyers is planned for October.
