From San Antonio & have lived here my entire life.
Where do you predominately sell real estate?
Within a 40 mile radius of San Antonio. My Brokerage also services Austin, Boerne, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Marble Falls, Corpus Christi & Dallas.
Why do you sell new homes?
I have worked with new home builders since I first started in the business 11 years ago and have extensive knowledge of the new build process. New homes usually create more of a streamlined process for my buyers with less headaches along the way. Although there are certain challenges that come with the new build process, it tends to be more enjoyable for my clients as they get to customize their home the way that they want it.

What is your favorite POD cast?
Unlisted with Brad Inman. He brings a lot of knowledge to the table and statistics about the business. I am a big stats guy and I’m a firm believer that the more knowledge you have about your trade, the more that you can truly add value to your clients transaction.
Tell us an interesting detail about you that many might not know?
I’m also a Real Estate Investor. I mainly invest in rental homes for buy and hold purposes, but won’t pass up the chance to flip a property if the opportunity arises.
What experience would you repeat?
Going back to the basics. It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day routine of Real Estate and to forget why you started in the business in the first place. Real Estate is all about the clients and helping them achieve their goals. As an agent, you have people lives, their families lives, moving schedules and overall financial security in your hands. I think that many agents forget this fact and lose sight of their fiduciary duties along the way.

What is one of your favorite things to do in your city?
I enjoy the outdoors, so a walk down at the Pearl Brewery or visiting any of the San Antonio parks is right up my alley.
What have you heard or listened to lately that has inspired you?
I was watching Shark Tank one night and heard Barbara Cochran make a statement that really resonated with me. She said “I never truly became successful until I started helping other people become successful”
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Worry is just a debt paid before it’s due.
What lights you up in life?
My family & my two-year-old son. I also enjoy extreme sports and anything that brings a challenge to my life.
Do you have someone in your life that has been an exceptional mentor? Who? Why?
My Father. He has been a Real Estate Broker in San Antonio for 35 years and is the best mentor I could ever ask for. His integrity is second to none and he is truly nice to a fault.
What Charity do you support? Please tell us more about your involvement?
I support our Church, K-Love Christian Radio, Animal Shelters, and the Humane Society. If someone is truly in need, I always try to help if I have the power to do so.
