COVENTRY HOMES STARTS BUILDING PROGRAM IN DAVIS RANCH

SAN ANTONIO, TX (Sept. 8, 2021) –    Coventry Homes has started its building program in Davis Ranch, bringing their signature flexible floor plans and award-winning architecture to the San Antonio master-planned community.

Pricing and floor plans have yet to be released but interested buyers can join a VIP list to be the first to learn about home prices, floor plans and special incentives. Sales are expected to begin later this year. A model home, the builder’s Milano floor plan, is slated to open by January 2022. The four-bedroom design will showcase structural options such as a bay window in the primary suite and a Texas-sized patio.

Davis Ranch is located just north of Loop 1604 in San Antonio. The community features tree-lined cul-de-sac streets, a resort-style pool with cabana, playground and a state-of-the-art amenity center.
