Empire Communities Hires San Antonio Division President

Houston, Texas, May 24 2022 – With its San Antonio Division expanding, real estate veteran Ruben Gutierrez has joined Empire Communities as San Antonio Division President.

In his role, Gutierrez is responsible for developing, implementing and achieving the division’s strategic goals. Additionally, Gutierrez will be spearheading the annual business plan inception and execution.

Gutierrez brings more than 18 years of experience in homebuilding operations and logistics to Empire. Prior to joining the Empire team, he worked at Perry Homes, capitalizing on operational efficiencies, exceeding production demands and fostering relationships with trade partners and vendors. Gutierrez earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Texas Pan American.

Empire Communities saw new home sales continually surge in San Antonio during 2020 and 2021 as the builder sold out of several communities. Empire currently offers homes in three San Antonio-area communities — Arcadia Ridge, Cibolo Canyons and Potranco Ranch. Sales in two new communities are slated to open later this year.
