Empire Communities Starts First Self-Developed San Antonio Community

Houston, Texas June 28, 2022 – Empire Communities has started work on its first self-developed San Antonio community, Everly Estates.

Located off Highway 87 just south of Beck Road, the 92-acre Everly Estates will feature 110 homes on half-acre homesites.

Empire will offer homes ranging from 2,714 to 4,456 square feet that are priced from the $600,000s. The one- and two-story designs will feature up to six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Empire plans to tap another builder for Everly Estates, Gutierrez said. That builder will be announced at a later date.

Home sales are expected to start construction this summer. Students will attend schools in the East Central Independent School District.

Empire currently offers homes in three actively-selling San Antonio-area communities — Arcadia Ridge, Cibolo Canyons and Potranco Ranch. Along with Everly Estates, new-home sales will begin later this year in Alsatian Oaks, a San Antonio-area community located in Castroville.
