Always upbeat and positive, Caroline Menold’s love of real estate began through her journey as a military wife. Married to a retired Air Force pilot, Caroline grew to love buying, selling and searching for great homes in just the right neighborhood. Originally from Corpus Christi, Caroline easily relates to her customers, having lived in 3 other states. Caroline is proud to serve members of the armed forces and their families, designated as a Military Relocation Professional.

While helping each of her clients, her number one priority remains meeting needs quickly and efficiently, striving to go above and beyond in every situation. Her previous roles as an elementary school teacher, stay-at-home mom, travel agent and aerobics instructor helped refine her customer service and communication skills, working with varying personalities and needs. Co-workers and past clients alike recommend Caroline, citing her positivity, organizational skills and willingness to go the extra mile.

When she’s not in the office, Caroline can be found training for half-marathons, supporting the Reagan High School Color Guard, traveling or spending time with family and friends.
