Kaitie Moore Underwood (aka Allison Moore) grew up on a horse farm in Texas, with close-knit family. Raised with a traveling academic of a father, she had the benefit of seeing many countries, which inspired her to pursue the hospitality industry later in life. A Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston led her to eleven years in the hotel industry. In 2015, Starwood Hotels & Resorts recognized Kaitie as one of eight company-wide “New Voices.” Kaitie blossomed under the mantra of exceeding expectations, through the foundations of relationships and solutions. Her programming for relationship building, marketing and negotiation translated well into Real Estate. She moved to the Canyon Lake, TX area with her husband Hank and Great Dane mix Beulah in early 2021 to start a Hill Country family. She loves camping, skiing and Texmex. Most of all Kaitie loves working with people.
