I have over 7 years experience as a Realtor and have sold several new construction homes. My experience in selling new construction has taught me the new build process/phases of construction of which I pass on that knowledge to my client's so they are prepared with new build expectations. Walking them through the step by step process has helped make the purchase of a new build home enjoyable for my clients and less stressful when you know what to expect.
With all the new construction neighborhoods in the area even as a Realtor it is hard to keep up with neighborhood price ranges. When Builder Boost came out it was such a relief to know I could simply get the message out there to multiple builders at once with my buyer's price range and desired area and then boom I am contacted by builder reps and then I am the new construction expert for that area/price range my client is interested in.
