I have been a realtor for 6 years and recently started my own team - The Sunshine Real Estate Team! I work with 3 agents and we love helping clients find their dream home. We have found the best experiences have been with new builds which is why we specialize in helping clients purchase new homes. There is a lot of education that goes into purchasing a new home and we are a great resource to make sure buyers understand what they are getting.
Doing the missions a few years ago helped boost my exposure so my sphere knows I specialize in helping others buy new construction. I also use the buyer needs frequently when I have buyers looking for something specific and it has been a great way to get to know some of the sales reps.
