First America Homes Expands Presence in San Antonio, Introducing Signature Acreage Homes
(San Antonio, TX – Sept.21, 2023) – First America Homes continues to expand its footprint across Central Texas, adding another community in a booming area to their growing line-up.
The builder has closed on 29 homesites in Jordan’s Ranch, an acreage community located at Pleasanton Road and Loop 1604 west of Highway 281. The properties range from a half acre to 1.5 acres, and sales should begin in early November. Model home construction is underway.

First America Homes recently opened in Katzer Ranch and Willow Point, with homes priced from the $250,000s in both communities. The builder features seven designs in Katzer Ranch, which is located near North Loop 1604 and Interstate 10 in Converse. Willow Point, located on the east side of San Antonio with access to Interstate 10 and Loop 410, is near major employers like Amazon.
