I was a business major in college and basically came out of school doing it. My dad did commercial real estate so that is where I started. I eventually moved into residential in San Antonio.
Where are you from originally?
North Central San Antonio.
What was your first job in the industry?
Commercial Real Estate Intern with The Weitzman Group out of San Antonio.
What do you love about the industry?
The people I get to meet, the freedom it has given me to be able to raise my daughter, and I truly do think it is fun looking at homes.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
For my age I have been in the business a long time. I am laid back, I communicate, and I have built a team of affiliates to be able to help my clients with almost all aspects of the transaction, be it buying or selling.
What is your favorite Model, Floorplan, or Feature?
Single story plans that are geared towards families with flex space. No formal space, open concept.
What is your favorite Podcast?
Melissa Urban’s “Do The Thing” or Rachel Cruz.
What lights you up in life?
Spending time with my family and my dog camping or road tripping.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Work your business everyday.

My family and I are in the process of moving into a tiny home.

Stories of families making their dream a reality of being out of debt.
Do you have someone in your life that has been an exceptional mentor? Who? Why?
My Real Estate Professor at UNT Dr Baen is a pretty cool guy. His classes were interesting, I learned practical stuff and he was never too busy to talk to the students outside of class.

I have previously donated and volunteered to the New Braunfels Foster Closet.
