Why do you sell new homes?
New construction is best. New builders offer many home warranties on the home vs a resale. Nothing like stepping into a new home knowing that nobody has owned it or lived in it. New builders offer great incentives to all buyers and even offer to pay for some, or sometimes, all closing cost.
