What is your best advice for new home buyers?
Do your research. Make sure you are prepared and know exactly what you want. Also, have your non-negotiables, the things that are most important to you, and things you’re willing to sacrifice if needed.

I’m originally from California, but I claim Texas. Don’t tell anyone.
What is your favorite podcast?
Well, I’m about to have one! It’s titled ‘The New Home Sales Guy.’ It’s a weekly podcast that helps new home buyers, and relators understand the new home buying process. Also, tips and tricks of the trade, and how to get everything you want in your new home. How toy get your closing cost covered. In essence, it’s your ultimate guide to navigating the world of new home construction.

I went to Culinary School in New York, and was a personal chef to Eddie Murphy, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Kelly Ripa
How did you get into homebuilding?
A luxury realtor names Matt Resnick was who got me into the industry.
What do you love about homebuilding?
What excites me about homebuilding is the opportunity to fulfill the dreams of families and individuals by helping them find their ideal homes. I truly enjoy every step of the process, from the initial concept to the final closing. Witnessing a home come to life, starting from its foundation and progressing through every stage, is incredibly rewarding to me.
What experience would you repeat?
If I had the chance, I would gladly relive the experience of enlisting in the military and proudly serving our nation.
What are 3 adjectives that describe you best?
I am Passionate, Loyal, and Confident.
What is one of your favorite things to do in your city?
I am a foodie and love to try new things. San Antonio is a mecca for fine dining and new restaurants.

For me, that individual would be my Pastor at Manna Church in Colorado. His unwavering commitment to truth and his seemingly limitless wisdom always left a profound impression.
What lights you up in life?
My 2 boys Elijah & Samson. Those 2 boys are why I do what I do.

The Bible. I believe in the truth of what it speaks.
