Wen Carey

Having clients who are moving from out of state has a lot of moving parts. As a Realtor, you want to maximize the little time they have to search for their perfect home. I recently helped clients who are moving back home from New Jersey. We reviewed over a dozen builders and visited countless communities during their time here. This is a huge purchasing decision and I absolutely understand why my buyers wanted to be so thorough. From morning to evening, we visited some communities up to three times in one day. When comparing upgrades, homesites, and floorplans we had some decisions to make.

That’s when we were graced by Wen Carey with Ashton Woods. Wen’s courtesy, patience and ability to connect with my buyers was exceptional. Wen goes beyond helping them with a home, she gets to know them and builds a relationship. One time I arrived before my buyers and she was giving quilting tips to another homeowner. Another example of her level of service, Wen scheduled a home tour to a sold home on a Sunday afternoon so my clients could see the home design in person. I could go on and on about my time with Wen, like how she spent after hours multiple days to accommodate my clients and even came in on her day off. From walking homesites, to making detailed selections, to showing variations of Venetian marble countertops on Pinterest, Wen had everything covered.

Wen’s ability to read, understand and respond to a buyer’s needs is such a gift. She was funny when she needed to be and kept us all focused when it was possible. She respected me as their Realtor and worked with me to find solutions.

I can’t thank Wen enough for being my partner on this process and while it was a ton of work, she never stopped smiling.
