Bulverde, TX is a fast-growing suburb of the San Antonio area. Directly north of San Antonio, the area is becoming a haven for people who want to have it all.

With a population just over 5,000, Bulverde is a small town with plenty of amenities – without the big city noise and traffic. Plenty of community events happen here, from movie nights to 5k marathons. For Bulverde homeowners interested in gardening, the city also offers a community garden. And for people who love authentic local food, Bulverde offers a handful of options. From Mexican grills to upscale cafes, the area has local hotspots residents enjoy for brunch and dinner. Only a few miles down the road, homeowners can get all their groceries and home necessities at H-E-B Plus and Walmart. There are also Bulverde favorites like Chuck’s Prime Meat Market for those who like to shop local.

Close by, there are a number of family practitioners, dentists, and even veterinarians so Bulverde residents can keep the whole family healthy. For emergencies, Baptist Emergency Hospital or Methodist Stone Oak Hospital are just a quick jaunt down US-281.

But the selling point for many Bulverde residents is the fast commute into San Antonio and the surrounding area.
