    True Texas BBQ at the HEB near Bulverde and 1604 for the best BBQ around here. I would highly recommend the ribs!

    Social media posts letting the buyer know about the included lawn maintenance is a great thing, as it really speaks to the people of all age groups. We have millennials who love to travel and doesn’t want to worry about maintaining their yard when they are away.  We also have empty nesters that enjoy having the yards maintained for them. Did you know that lawn maintenance includes floral replacement twice a year?!
  • If you could describe your community in 3 adjectives, what would they be?

    Tuscan, Luxurious, Quiet.
  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

    Homeowners in Campanas are usually traveling and enjoy living in the lock-and-go style community where the lawn maintenance and security is included with the HOA fees, as well as taken care of for them. When they return home they enjoy hosting friends or family at their home or at the beautiful Campanas Clubhouse. Many homeowners also gather for Saturday morning breakfasts at the clubhouse that comes equipped with a full kitchen available for homeowner’s use.
