  • How can agents help you get the word out about your community?

I would suggest coming out and visiting Champion Heights in person. The model, the park, the trails are perfect for capturing on camera and sharing with clients!
  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

Boerne has so many activities to offer! From farmers markets, to antique shows, car shows on Main Street, outdoor concerts and shopping in the quaint downtown of Boerne.
There are Christmas events coming up too, such as the 20 Year annual event Dickens on Main in downtown Boerne. This is a fun event to promote local shopping and to get people in the Holiday spirit! There are always events year round in Boerne! Homeowners will never be bored living here!
  • Give agents advice on what they could say in a social media post that would spark someones interest in your community.

Gehan Homes offers affordable living at Champion Heights in Boerne, which was voted the “Top 10 most desirable places to live in Texas”.

Starting Base Price Point: 264,990

  • What nearby restaurant would you recommend if an agent and potential buyer were leaving your community to go have lunch?

Boerne has great places to eat. Dodging duck is one of my favorites. Its across the street from the Cibolo Creek with ducks walking around (hints dodging duck) its great scenery and great food!
  • Tell us why the last buyer decided to purchase there?

Location, school, big backyard, loved the quality and space in the home for their family.
