  • Is there a fun historical fact about the land on which your community sits?

    The Skybrooke community backs up to Woodcrest Park & has quick access to the park’s walking trails.

  • What is an average energy bill from your current home owners?

    With this being a “BRAND NEW” community there are no current homeowners moved in yet. However, our homes have outstanding energy efficiencies, which includes Spray Foam Insulation, Multi-Zoned HVAC, Raised Insulation R-Values, Tankless Water Heaters, Low-E SC (solar cooling) Windows, plus much more.

  • If you could go in the future and hear one of your buyer's kids describe their childhood memories in the community, what would they be saying?

    We lived in a small quiet community, where all of our friends rode our bikes and scooters to the park. We were also amazed to watch the abundant wildlife seeing Mexican Eagles and whitetail deer play.

  • Give agents advice on what they could say in a social media post that would spark someones interest in your community.

    Skybrooke is the first truly “THOUGHTFUL” New Home collection we have seen.

  • How can agents help you get the word out about Skybrooke?

    First, come out and visit the “THOUGHTFUL” Home Series for yourself. This is a new home that is truly revolutionary, with amenities like no other. Then you can share all of your jaw-dropping features on social media for your clients and friends to see.

  • What nearby restaurant would you recommend if an agent and potential buyer were leaving your community to go have lunch?

    Cheddars, Kobe Teppan & Sushi, Bubba’s 33, Nicha’s Comida Mexicana, Tejas Cafe, 54th Street Grill & Bar are just a few of the great eating spots nearby.

  • If you could describe your community in 3 adjectives, what would they be?

    THOUGHTFUL, Dazzling & Impressive

  • What will your homeowners be doing on the weekends?

    Enjoying family walks through the park, viewing and even feeding the deer. Having fun neighborhood barbecues with friends and family in this quiet and peaceful community.

  • Tell us why the last buyer decided to purchase there?

    Location! Many of our guests who have chosen to make SKYBROOKE their community were already familiar with the Live Oak community and could not see themselves living elsewhere. However, the few that are new to Live Oak were fortunate enough to find this “gem” of a community with the help of their Real Estate Agent, friends, and family.

  • What do you imagine Skybrooke will look like in 5 years?

    I can imagine kids playing in the park, families jogging, and walking down the street. In five years, the homes will be as well kept as the day they were built because our owners have a sense of pride in their decision to build a “THOUGHTFUL” Home.

  • How are your homes ``THOUGHTFUL`` when comparing them to other new homes?

    From our Amazon Drop Boxes to pet rooms, to even our fully-insulated garages with A/C & heat… View Homes has put a lot of THOUGHTFUL elements into our Homes. These truly are a MUST SEE!
